Book Review: "Homoidioticus: Why We Are Stupid and What to Do About It" by Cezary Pietrasin

This book caught me off guard—in the best way. I picked it up out of sheer curiosity and ended up devouring it like popcorn at a plot twist. 🍿🤯 Homoidioticus is a hilarious, sharp, and weirdly comforting roller-coaster ride through the paradoxes of human intelligence. One minute you’re laughing at how ridiculous people can be (yourself included), and the next, you're sitting in stunned silence thinking, “Wow... we really are like this.” 😅 Pietrasin does an amazing job of walking the fine line between admiration and roast. He highlights how wildly advanced and brilliant we are as a species—and then, with surgical precision, points out just how unbelievably idiotic we can be too. 🧠✨➡️🙈 If you're into science, psychology, behavioral quirks, or history with a splash of sarcasm, this book will be right up your cerebral alley. It’s smart, funny, and oddly reassuring to realize that being a little stupid sometimes is... kind of universal. I give it a solid 4⭐️ out of 5 ....
